Carson Sheffield

Carson Sheffield has a diverse work experience. In 2022, they founded and became the President and CEO of OurVoice Technologies, an education technology company focused on software development to enhance student voices on campus. Carson specializes in managing the design of software that allows schools to gather data, gain insights into student needs, and optimize the teaching environment. The software also empowers students to provide feedback, ask questions, and access resources through an interactive response form.

In 2021, Carson served as the President and Chairman of the nonprofit organization Toys for Texans. Carson led a team of over 50 volunteers and successfully generated $50,000 in revenue. Carson also managed the organization's Board of Directors, handled accounting and tax filings, developed and maintained the budget and finances, and oversaw all programs, including building little libraries and distributing toys to children in need across the state.

Carson also gained hands-on experience as an intern at Caylee Lazo's State Farm agency in McKinney, Texas, in the summer of 2022. Carson assisted with various office tasks, gathered information on potential customers, and communicated with a large number of current and prospective clients, leading to a significant increase in new leads.

Carson Sheffield attended Allen High School from 2021 to 2025, but did not obtain a degree or focus on a specific field of study.
