David Cooper, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. David began their career as a Sales Associate and Video Production Assistant at M-5 Communications, Inc. from 1988 to 1992. David then joined the United States Marine Corps in 1992 and served in various roles, including Platoon Commander, Company Executive Officer, Current Operations Officer, and Battalion Commander, among others. David'sresponsibilities in the Marine Corps included training, planning, and overseeing operations in combat zones, as well as managing budgets and personnel. After leaving the Marine Corps, David worked at Serco and Metrica, Inc., where they held positions such as Technical Business Lead, Statewide Operations Manager, and Program Manager. These roles involved overseeing large-scale contracts, managing operations teams, and collaborating on business development initiatives. Currently, David is Vice President for Operations at the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation, where they are responsible for overall operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization. Throughout their career, David Cooper has demonstrated expertise in project management, leadership, and operational coordination.

David Cooper, PMP has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from North Carolina State University. In 2003-2005, they attended Marine Corps Command and Staff College (CSC), and in 1999-2000, they completed the Command and Control Systems Course (CCSC). David further pursued their education at the United States Army War College (USAWC) from 2011-2013, earning a Master of Strategic Studies (MSS). In 2013, David obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification from the Project Management Institute.
