Catherine Flitton has extensive experience in merchandising, buying, and supply chain management across multiple prominent companies, including Toys"R"Us Canada, Sears Canada, Tesco, Frontline Ltd, and L'Oreal. Currently serving as AVP of Merchandising at Toys"R"Us Canada since March 2021, Catherine has held roles as Senior Buyer and Buyer, contributing to various product categories such as toys and children’s fashion. At Sears Canada, Catherine excelled as a Seasonal Buyer & Drop Ship Manager, achieving sales growth and enhancing in-store presentation. Prior experience at Tesco involved managing a significant e-commerce marketing budget and driving sales in the news and magazines sector. Catherine's career began at L'Oreal in demand supply planning, highlighting a strong foundation in procurement and inventory management. Catherine holds an MEng (Hons) in Engineering Science from the University of Oxford.
