Chris specializes in all aspects of urban regeneration. He has been responsible for the design and delivery of some of the most significant mixed-use, retail, leisure, and residential projects in the UK and abroad and his current major UK schemes include High Street Quarter in Hounslow, Ealing Filmworks, Western Circus in Acton, The Beacon Centre in Eastbourne, Dolphin Centre in Poole and Rochdale Riverside. His international portfolio includes projects in Iceland, Spain, Portugal, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Dubai, Turkey, Latvia, Lithuania, and Poland.

Chris is committed to designing that enhances the quality of urban life through the creation of distinctive and memorable places. In his current work, he is exploring how retail and leisure, acting as a placemaking animator, can bring many types of development into life. This approach has been particularly successful in the residential sector.

Chris likes to develop his ideas through collaborative engagement with people directly affected by his projects, and his ability to integrate a complex mix of uses into sensitive urban locations has earned him wide recognition in the urban regeneration sector.
