Joanna Meager is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and transformation across various financial services organizations. Currently serving as Head of Transformation at Ascot Lloyd and as an Independent Non Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee for TP ICAP, Joanna focuses on improving governance and decision-making processes. As a Non-Executive Advisor at Amanacard, Joanna provides strategic guidance for a humanitarian organization that delivers banking solutions in crisis regions. Previously, Joanna held several senior roles at RBC Investor Services, including Chair of the Board of Directors and UK CEO, where significant workforce reductions were achieved while enhancing client operations. Additional leadership experience includes positions at Investor Services Bank Luxembourg, RBC Dexia Investor Services, Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, and SALOMON SMITH BARNEY, with a foundational education in Economics and Accounting from Middlesex University.
