Mame Konaté

Mame Konaté is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Director for Continental Europe at TP ICAP since August 2008, where expertise includes the development of HR functions across seven European countries and governance of HR operations for 400 employees. Prior roles include HR Director France & Corporate Services Manager, where strategic HR expansion was implemented from pre-acquisition stages, and earlier positions as Payroll Officer at Spie batignolles and HR and Payroll Officer at Aurel BGC, supporting workforce growth during rapid changes.
