Matthew Guadagno

Matthew Guadagno currently serves as Managing Director at both Liquidnet and TP ICAP, positions held since August 2021. Prior experience includes leading Fixed Income Sales at Nasdaq from February 2018 to August 2021 and working as Director of Multi Asset Electronic Sales at UBS from August 2015 to December 2017. Matthew held the title of Vice President for Interest Rate Derivatives at GFI Group, where responsibilities included management of the Interest Rate Swap business and implementation of the Sponsored Access model for buy-side trading. Earlier roles include Vice President of Derivatives Sales at Javelin Capital Markets and Director of Sales and Marketing at International Derivatives Clearing Group, where Matthew contributed to the firm's CFTC registration and customer base expansion. Matthew began a career in finance at ICAP, serving as Account Manager. Matthew holds a BA in Economics & Business and Government & Law from Lafayette College, graduating in 2005.
