Neil Lancaster

Neil Lancaster has extensive experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as the Head of Production Management for Energy & Commodities and Head of Trading Technology Support at TP ICAP since August 2017. Prior to this, Neil was with ICAP from February 2012, holding positions as Enterprise Application Support Manager for EMEA and Project Manager. Neil's career began at Midas Kapiti International as a Technical Support Analyst, followed by a significant tenure at MFGlobal UK where Neil functioned as the European Head of EU Trading Infrastructure from December 1998 to March 2012.
