Patricia Bradley

Patricia Bradley is an experienced professional in the field of reward and corporate governance, currently serving as Group Head of Reward at TP ICAP since May 2022. Previously, Patricia held multiple roles at Deloitte UK from June 2015 to May 2022, including Director and Associate Director. Additional experience includes working as a Senior Consultant at New Bridge Street, an Executive Reward Consultant at Mercer, and a Corporate Governance Analyst at PIRC. Earlier in the career, Patricia served as a Senior Analyst at Verdantix and worked as a business and financial journalist for the Daily Telegraph and Investors Chronicle. Patricia began their career as a sell-side investment analyst at Barings (Baring Securities) and holds a BA Hons in Economics from the University of Cambridge, earned between 1984 and 1987.
