Kelly holds a B.S. in Psychology and an M.A. in Labor and Employment Relations. With nearly 20 years of experience working in human resources, she is a critical member of our team. As Director of Human Resources, Kelly’s results-driven approach to employee relations, leadership development, strategic planning, talent acquisition and performance management puts TP Mechanical and its employees in a position to successfully carry out the company’s mission and uphold its core values.
