Jeff Maier

Jeff Maier is an accomplished operations and plant manager with extensive experience in production and safety management spanning multiple companies. Currently serving as Operations Manager at TP Orthodontics, Inc. since April 2019, and simultaneously holding the title of Plant Manager at MCP USA and Commercial Plastics, as well as Production Manager at Qure Medical, Jeff oversees molding, extrusion, and assembly efficiency while ensuring plant safety and maintenance. Previously, Jeff acted as Business Unit Supervisor and Production Manager at Smiths Medical, where responsibilities included managing large teams, addressing customer complaints, and enhancing safety protocols. Jeff Maier holds a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership and Organizational Management from Calumet College of St. Joseph.
