Erika Maginn

Erika Maginn is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic planning and account management. As the VP and Group Strategy Director at T&P𝑚 since June 2019, Erika has led various strategic initiatives. In January 2021, Erika founded Stop the Party, an organization focused on addressing the gender wage gap through advocacy and education. Previous roles include Director of Planning at Juniper Park \ TBWA, where Erika oversaw planning for the Capital Group, and Director of Client Services at Naked Creative, managing major accounts and brand positioning. Prior experience at TBWA and Ogilvy & Mather involved strategic leadership for high-profile clients and the development of integrated marketing campaigns. Erika holds a Hon BA in English from York University, earned between 1993 and 1996.
