Dawn Richwine

Dawn Richwine is an accomplished finance and asset management professional with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as Vice President at TPA Group, LLC since October 2017, Richwine previously held the position of Vice President - Asset Manager at Trimont Real Estate Advisors from January 2016 to October 2017. Prior to that, Richwine worked at Tishman Speyer for nearly a decade in various senior roles including Senior Director, Regional Finance Director, and Director of Property Accounting, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing portfolios of commercial properties, managing annual budgets, and improving audit processes. Earlier experience includes a role as Junior Accountant at Sentinel Real Estate. Richwine earned an MBA from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business and holds a B.S. in Accounting from The King's College.
