Alina Wojna has extensive work experience in various roles within marketing and account management. Alina began their career as a Trainee at Eurocash Group in 2005 before moving on to GSK Poland as an Assistant/Training Coordinator in 2006. In 2007, they joined Peppermint as an Account Executive and later transitioned to One 2 One as a Junior Account Manager. Alina then spent several years at Saatchi & Saatchi IS., where they progressed from an Account Manager to a Regional Account Supervisor and ultimately an Account Director.

In 2017, Alina became the Marketing Director (CMO) at arena.pl, and in 2019, they took on the role of Head of Growth at Apptension. Currently, they are working at Tpay as the VP of Growth & Transformation and also served as the Head of Marketing prior to their current role.

Alina Wojna has a strong educational background. Alina obtained a Master's degree in Polish Language and Literature from the Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu between 1999 and 2005. Additionally, they completed a Master's degree in Italian Language and Literature from the same university between 2003 and 2006. Following this, Alina pursued further education and completed a postgraduate degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Uniwersytet WSB Merito Poznań between 2007 and 2008. Later, they specialized in Public Relations and Crisis Management and earned another postgraduate degree from the same university between 2009 and 2010.

Alina Wojna also holds various certifications to enhance their skillset. In 2006, they obtained the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from EXIN Your ICT Competence Partner. Alina further completed the PRINCE2 Foundation certification from APMG International in September 2015. Most recently, in January 2022, Alina obtained the Lean Leadership certification from Leanpassion.
