Previously, Thao founded P’TITE PLUIE – Hạt mưa, a fashion brand with over 60,000 Facebook fans, and held leadership roles at WeShop Thailand, where responsibilities as Country Manager focused on cross-border retail facilitation. Thao's academic foundation includes a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the Foreign Trade University of Vietnam.
