Gale Richards has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Starting in 1980, they worked at Union Oil Company as a Process Engineer and Planning Engineer for nine years. They then moved on to Pacific Refining Company as a Senior Planning and Economics Engineer from 1989 to 1993. Following that, they joined Arco Products Company as a Senior Industry Analyst, where they directed competitive intelligence projects and performed financial analyses. In 1994, they became the Research Director at Micronomics (now EconOne), a position they held until 1997. They then transitioned to Ernst & Young / Navigant Consulting as a Senior Project Manager for four years. Since 2001, Gale has been at TPC Group, initially as the Director of Business Analysis and Planning, and later as the Director of Strategic Project Analysis.
Gale Richards obtained a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Washington between 1973 and 1980. Later, from 1989 to 1992, they pursued an MBA degree with a specialization in Finance at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
