Leonie Föbus

Leonie Föbus is an experienced professional in people development and strategic leadership. Currently serving as an Associate Partner at TPC Leadership since January 2024, Leonie previously held the position of Senior Manager Strategic People Development at ZEISS Group from July 2021 to December 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Learning & Development Lead at BCG Digital Ventures, Senior Consultant at EY, and Recruiting Coordinator at Boston Consulting Group. Leonie also gained valuable experience through internships in executive search, HR consulting, and learning & development at various organizations. Academic qualifications include a Master of Letters in International Business from the University of St Andrews and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Psychology from Hochschule Fresenius.
