Biran has been a key player at TPC Leadership since May 2015, serving in various leadership roles including CRM Partner, Director of Coach Training Programmes, and Leadership Consultant, facilitating the growth of leaders and organizations. Additionally, as the Founder of Biran Consulting Ltd, Biran specializes in coaching and mentoring leaders and professional coaches. With a background in HR training management at Bayer and extensive experience at HSBC, Biran excels in designing and delivering leadership programs both face-to-face and virtually. Biran holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Marmara University and a Bachelor's degree in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations from Istanbul University.
