Aman Guglani

Aman Guglani serves as the Chief Financial Officer at TPConnects Technologies since May 2022, where responsibilities include managing global stakeholders, joint ventures, and investor relationships, alongside budgeting, risk management, and compliance. Previously, Guglani held the position of General Manager of Finance at FCM Travel India, focusing on supporting business growth and achieving annual budgets, and also served as Deputy General Manager of Finance in the same company. Prior experience includes roles at Carlson Wagonlit Travel, dnata, Grant Thornton LLP, and DV Mittal & Co., with a strong background in financial statement preparation, internal controls, statutory audits, and improving financial strategies. Guglani is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a B. Com (Hons.) degree from Delhi University, as well as a Diploma in IFRS from Edu-Pristine.
