Neal McArthur

Neal McArthur has a diverse work experience in the sports industry. Neal is currently serving as the National Sales Director at TPG since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Development Manager at LEARFIELD from September 2021 to June 2023. Neal also held the position of Manager of Business Development at Learfield IMG College from October 2018 to July 2020. Before that, they worked at Peak Sports MGMT as the General Manager of Gorilla Sports Properties and as an Account Executive at UCA Sports Properties. Neal also has experience working at Louisiana Tech Athletics as an Assistant Director of Ticket Operations and at IMG College as a Property Assistant. Additionally, they gained experience as a Game Day Intern at Northwest Arkansas Naturals.

Neal McArthur attended the University of Arkansas from 2011 to 2016 and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Recreation and Sports Management.
