Jim is known for his levelheaded leadership and thoughtful approach to client care.

With more than 40 years of technical experience and a deep understanding of the New York real estate market, Jim has been with TPG since 1981. While he draws upon his expertise to produce successful projects for all his clients, he also believes that careful listening is the key to properly serving each one. Jim takes the time to understand a client’s goals and business to ensure their confidence that TPG is looking out for their best interest.

When he’s not in the office or rooting for the New York Yankees, Jim enjoys playing a good game of tennis and skiing.
