Shanna Mitchell

Director of Process Engineering at TPG TeleManagement

Shanna has spent the last 15 years of her career working with Executives to tackle problems, streamline processes and optimize procedures across multiple domains of expertise including Finance, Sales, Cyber, and Software.

Along with a BS in Information Systems, Shanna’s deep knowledge of software and tools such as the Atlassian suite, Microsoft products and more make her highly effective at not only strategizing, but engineering and implementing technical solutions across the infrastructure of the entire organization.

As the Director of Process Engineering, Shanna works closely with all parts of the organization to help shape TPG’s future path and provides leadership in the planning, development, deployment, and ongoing improvement of all business processes to ensure efficient operation and optimal growth for TPG.
