Paul Marvin is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Board Member at Houston Ground Angels and a Senior Advisor at TPG, Paul’s expertise includes advising on due diligence processes for TPG's social impact fund. Previously, Paul held the position of Interim CFO at DreamBox Learning, where responsibilities included overseeing year-end close and audit processes. As CFO at ServiceMax, Paul contributed to significant growth, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, and was instrumental in establishing financial foundations at KyotoCooling BV. Earlier career roles included Senior Vice President at Alert Logic and CFO at CyrusOne, where Paul built robust financial teams and facilitated successful capital transactions. Paul’s career began following a stint as Corporate Controller at VeriCenter and VP Finance at Live Nation.
