Reem Kazoun

Reem Kazoun is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in partnership accounting and tax compliance. Currently serving as Accounting Manager at TPG since December 2021, Reem previously held the position of Associate Director at Barings, focusing on maintaining general ledgers and preparing journal entries for both public and private entities. With prior roles at ACON Investments and The Carlyle Group, Reem coordinated tax compliance efforts and financial reporting for multiple funds, ensuring accurate tax estimates and reviews. Additional experience includes tax accounting at Interstate Hotels & Resorts and staff accountant duties at Virginia Heritage Bank, demonstrating a strong foundation in financial operations. Reem holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Marymount University and a Master’s degree in Project Management and Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, along with executive education from Harvard Business School.
