Debra Rapsis

Debra Rapsis has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Debra started their career in 1998 at SinglePoint Financial as a Controller, where they worked until 2001. In 2002, they joined The Paciello Group as a Partner, responsible for the Human Resource function with a focus on insurance, benefits, policy development, and contract negotiations. In the same year, they also became the Director of Contracts at The Paciello Group until 2017. Since 2017, Debra has been the Director of Operations at TPGi, overseeing various aspects of operations.
