Francis Anzalone

Francis Anzalone has a diverse work experience in the hockey industry. Francis began their career in 2008 as an Associate Head Coach for the Pittsburgh Junior Penguins Hockey team, where they stayed until 2010. From 2008 to 2011, they also served as a Regional Scout for the Cedar Rapids RoughRiders Hockey team. Following this, they became an Assistant Coach for the Cedar Rapids RoughRiders Hockey team from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, they co-founded Pace Hockey and worked as an On-Ice Instructor. Francis then joined the Cedar Rapids RoughRiders Hockey team again as a Head Scout from 2012 to 2013. Anzalone then took on the role of Associate Head Coach for the Aberdeen Wings from 2013 to 2014, before becoming the Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, they served as the Associate Head Coach for the Shreveport Mudbugs. Anzalone also worked as a Hockey Coach for the Latvian Hockey Federation from 2017 to 2022. Currently, they are the Chief Operating Officer for Total Package Hockey, where they have been responsible for supporting the company's growth from 10 U.S. cities in 2017 to 24.

Francis Anzalone received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication, General from the University of Pittsburgh. The duration of their education at the university was from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as "Scaling Up Masters Business Course" from The Growth Institute and "USA Hockey Level 4 Coach" from USA Hockey.
