Justin Johnson

Justin Johnson is a seasoned sports professional with extensive experience in developing young athletes, particularly in goaltending. Currently a Partner at The Prospect Exchange, LLC since May 2022, Justin utilizes artificial intelligence and computer vision to provide insights for youth coaches. As a Franchise Owner of TPH Academy since May 2021, Justin is dedicated to positively impacting student-athletes through sport. Justin founded MEGA Goaltending in March 2009, focusing on goaltending skills development, and has owned MAP Hockey since September 2013, Minnesota's premier training program for young hockey players. Additionally, Justin serves as Associate Goalie Coach-in-Chief for MINNESOTA HOCKEY and has a rich history coaching at the university level, including the University of Minnesota Men's Team and St. Cloud State University Men's Hockey Team. With a background in performance coaching from Mental Edge, Justin emphasizes mental toughness and life skills in youth athletics. Justin's educational foundation includes attendance at the University of Minnesota from 2001 to 2005 and Blaine High School.
