Aditya Pareek

Aditya Pareek currently serves as the Executive Director at TPH Group, leading the Part-time cleaning division of a prominent management services company in the UAE since April 2025. Prior to this role, Aditya held various positions at Urban Company from April 2021 to April 2025, including AVP of Operations and Business Strategy, where responsibilities included P&L management and oversight of the Home Cleaning vertical, which accounted for 95% of revenue. Additionally, Aditya worked as an Entrepreneur in Residence, successfully launching the fourth international market for Urban Company, and served as Senior Category Manager focusing on the Saudi Arabia market, leading a team to enhance the Cleaning and Appliance Repair categories. Aditya holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Sri Guru Gobind Singh College Of Commerce, completed in January 2017.
