Alejandra Santillana

Alejandra Santillana has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Alejandra started their career at Dish Network as a Human Resources Representative in 2008 and worked there until 2010. Alejandra then joined Eaton in 2010 and held various roles including Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Supervisor, Campus Human Resources Manager, and Plant Human Resources Manager. In 2018, they joined Lear Corporation as the Division HR Manager, where they were responsible for supporting the Mexican Trim Operations and managing the human resources function in Mexico. Since 2019, Alejandra has been working at TPI Composites, Inc., first as the Human Resources Director and then as the Senior Human Resources Director.

Alejandra Santillana earned a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix in the years 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from The University of Texas at El Paso from 1998 to 2005.
