Arif Badur, MBA, is an experienced production leader with a strong background in implementing lean manufacturing tools to enhance operational efficiency across various companies. Currently serving as the Production Leader at TPI Composites, Inc., since December 2022, Arif focuses on managing budgets and tracking performance metrics while collaborating with engineering and quality teams.
