Cleo Boyd

Cleo Boyd, SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership roles. Cleo currently serves as the Director of Human Resources - U.S. Operations at TPI Composites, Inc., a position they have held since September 2019. Prior to this, Cleo was the Director of Human Resources at TPI Composites from 2014 to 2019. Cleo also held the role of Director of Human Resources - Upstream Business at Noranda Aluminum from 2012 to 2014.

Earlier in their career, Cleo worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at SunCoke Energy from 2008 to 2010, and as the Vice President of Human Resources at Martin Marietta from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they held various human resources positions at CEMEX, The Clorox Company, and Dana Corporation.

Throughout their career, Cleo has demonstrated expertise in leading and managing human resources functions across various industries and regions.

Cleo Boyd, SPHR attended Purdue University and obtained a BA in Interpersonal & Public Communication. Cleo also earned an AAS in Organizational Leadership & Supervision from Purdue University. In 2009, Boyd attended The Wharton School for the Sunoco Executive Leadership Program. Additionally, they obtained the SPHR certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute in 2006.
