Brandi Morson-Santiago is an experienced Staffing Resource & Clinical Compliance Manager at Tidewater Physicians Multispecialty Group since June 2011, where responsibilities include managing the Staffing Resource Program and overseeing the onboarding, training, and placement of both clerical and clinical staff. Additionally, Brandi has held roles as a Clinical Training Specialist, QA Analyst, and Clinical Supervisor within the same organization. Since December 2019, Brandi has also served as a CPR Instructor for the American Red Cross. Prior experience includes serving as a Hospital Corpsman in the US Navy from March 2001 to May 2004, complemented by Corpsman training from the United States Navy between 2001 and 2005.

Our group began with four primary care medical groups in Newport News, Hampton and Yorktown, Virginia. Today, TPMG includes over 220 primary care, specialty physicians and advanced practice clinicians in 87 locations who provide care to patients throughout southeastern Virginia. Our physicians have long-standing relationships with the patients they serve and are well-respected for their medical and community leadership.
