Kamruz Zaman is an experienced professional with a robust background in technology, operations, and customer service within the banking and IT sectors. Currently serving as the Country Manager at TPS Worldwide since February 2019, Kamruz previously held key positions such as Head of Customer Service & Card Operations at Nagad and Head of ADC at Southeast Bank Limited. Kamruz has demonstrated expertise in shaping business strategies, managing technology and operations, and expanding customer service networks. Additional experience includes roles at BRAC IT Services Limited, Trust Bank Limited, CashLink Bangladesh Limited, International Acumen Limited, Navana Group, and Aptech Computer Education. Kamruz holds an Executive MBA in Finance from Eastern University, Bangladesh.
