Karen Brown

Karen Brown currently serves as the Director of Sales Operations Systems at TPx, a role held since September 2022. Prior to this position, Karen spent over eleven years at Mitel, where responsibilities included serving as the Senior Lead Salesforce Administrator and Business Analyst. Karen's earlier experience includes ownership of Karst Consulting as an ACT! Certified Consultant and roles at Polycom and Accord Networks as a Database Administrator, Inside Sales, and Marketing professional. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, with minors in Marketing and Management, from Georgia State University.
