Ben Holliday has a diverse range of work experience across various companies and roles. Ben is currently working as the Chief Designer at TPXimpact since November 2021. Prior to this, they had a long tenure at FutureGov, where they held multiple positions including Executive Director, Chief Design Officer, and Design Director. At FutureGov, Ben played a key role in major government and public sector programs, led sales and business development, and represented the company's design work. Before joining FutureGov, Ben worked at the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) as the Deputy Director and Head of User Centred Design (interim) and later as the Head of User Experience. Ben also gained experience at the Government Digital Service, where they worked as a User Experience Researcher & Designer for projects involving GOV.UK and the Department for Work & Pensions. Additionally, Ben worked as a User Experience Designer at FreeAgent and Tincan Ltd, where they contributed to various design and research projects for prominent organizations. Ben started their career as a Digital Designer at Central Sussex College and Lancaster & Morecambe College. Throughout their career, Ben has focused on delivering high-quality design solutions and has developed a strong reputation as a design leader.

Ben Holliday attended Queen Katherine School from 1990 to 1997. Ben obtained a BA(Hons) degree in Design Practice (Graphic Design) from The University of Salford, where they studied from 1998 to 2001.
