Richard Selby

Richard Selby is a Principal Consultant specializing in Strategy and Transformation at TPXimpact since February 2022, where leadership of system-wide transformation projects across the UK is a key responsibility. Previously, Richard held the role of Lead Consultant - Digital Transformation, contributing to methodology development and team support within a 20-consultant team. Richard's career at FutureGov (now TPXimpact) began in September 2018 as Head of Organisation Design & Change, leading practice growth and performance enhancement before transitioning to a senior consultant role focused on various strategic initiatives. Earlier experience includes positions as an Advisor at KPMG New Zealand and the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, working on strategic planning and performance frameworks. Richard holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education from the University of Otago.
