Jaqueline Dahlem Correa is an experienced Agile Master with a strong background in facilitating agile processes and team development. Since April 2022, Jaqueline has been working at TQI, following a tenure at PagSeguro UOL from February 2019 to March 2022. Prior to that, Jaqueline served as a Scrum Master at Concrete Solutions, focusing on product discovery, team building, and client engagement with agile methodologies. Jaqueline's career began at Jera from June 2015 to April 2018, where leadership of the Facilitator team and involvement in the introduction of Scrum Masters were key responsibilities, as well as operational support for various development teams. Additionally, Jaqueline has experience as a Quality Analyst and Partner Administrator, underscoring a diverse skill set in project management and client relations. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso do Sul, completed in 2012.
