Connor Gill has nearly a decade of experience in various roles related to robotics process automation (RPA) and technical consulting. Connor started their career in 2012 with the UK Ministry of Justice as a Junior Oracle Integration Consultant, where they worked on a Shared Service program. In 2013, they joined Shared Services Connected Ltd as a Technical Consultant, where they played a key role in consolidating multiple instances of E-Business Suite into one. From 2012 to 2018, they worked at Sopra Steria as a Robotics Process Automation Consultant, specializing in UiPath and Blue Prism. During this time, they also undertook an apprenticeship to become an Oracle Technical Consultant, gaining project experience and increasing their knowledge of E-Business Suite. In 2018, Connor worked at Bayerische Landesbank, Fujitsu Global, and Capita as an RPA Developer, involved in developing proof-of-concept automations using UiPath and working on RPA projects. Since 2019, they have worked at Endpoint Automation Services (EAS) as an Automation (RPA) Consultant, focusing on RPA implementations. In 2020, Connor joined Tquila Automation as a Solutions Architect.

Connor Gill attended Lode Heath School from 2005 to 2010. After completing high school, they enrolled at Sixth Form College in Solihull from 2010 to 2012 to pursue their A-levels. Additionally, Connor Gill obtained several certifications, including the RPA Advanced Developer Certificate from UiPath in October 2018, the UiPath RPA Developer Beginner Diploma from UiPath - Robotic Process Automation in July 2017, the Oracle Application Development Framework 11g Essentials IZ0-554 from Oracle in April 2014, the Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE 7 Programmer from Oracle in September 2013, and the Oracle Database 11g Sales certification from Oracle in March 2013.
