Roxana Sbârnu

Roxana Sbârnu has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Roxana began their career as a Student Intern at the Ministry of Internal Affairs in 2019, where they gained practical knowledge in their field. In the same year, they joined TELUS International as a Recruitment Analyst, utilizing their skills in talent acquisition and management. Roxana then volunteered at Alexandru Obregia Hospital for a year, showcasing their dedication to helping others. In 2022, Roxana worked as a Human Resources Generalist at GXO Logistics, Inc., where they demonstrated their expertise in HR operations. Currently, they hold the position of Human Resources Specialist at Tquila Automation, where they continue to excel in their field.

Roxana Sbârnu pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Bucharest, studying in the field of Psychology from 2017 to 2020. Following this, they enrolled in the same university to obtain a Master's degree in Human Resources Development, specializing in this field from 2020 to 2022.
