Christopher Morgan

Christopher Morgan is the current Secretary at TR Fastenings Limited. Prior to this, they worked as the Group Legal Director at Arnold Clark from January 2019 to July 2020. In this role, they supported the company with legal and compliance matters, managed the legal team, and had input into company governance and strategic direction. Some of the projects they worked on included M&A, franchise agreements (negotiations and disputes), litigation, construction projects, and real estate matters.

Before joining Arnold Clark, Morgan worked as a Governor at GTG West Midlands from March 2019 to December 2020. In this role, they supported the management team on strategic, governance, financial, and OFSTED compliance aspects.

Previously, Morgan worked as the Chair/Non-Executive Director at Home Fix Scotland.

Christopher Morgan has a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Aberdeen and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Strathclyde. Christopher is certified by The Chartered Governance Institute as an Associate Member, by The Law Society as a Solicitor, and by The Law Society of Scotland as a Notary Public.
