Tom Ross

Tom Ross has extensive work experience in various roles related to quality management, project delivery, and operations. Tom most recently worked at TR Fastenings as a Project Delivery Lead - Quality. Prior to that, they were semi-retired from 2020 to 2022. Before their retirement, Tom held the position of Quality Manager at Tarmac Construction from April 2019 to October 2019. Tom also worked as a Quality / LSS Manager at XYLEM WATER SOLUTIONS from 2016 to 2019. Additionally, Tom has experience as a Quality Manager at Brush Generators, Parker Hannifin, and Nufarm UK, where they were responsible for implementing quality systems and training staff in problem-solving techniques. Tom also served as the Business Systems Manager UK and Ireland at Sun Chemical and held the role of Group Quality Manager at Usher-Walker. Tom is currently available for new employment opportunities and has a wide range of expertise in operations management, continuous improvement, health and safety, environmental management, and IT. Tom is knowledgeable in ISO standards, Six Sigma, Lean, and other quality methodologies.

Tom Ross completed their MSc in Analysis at the University of Greenwich from 1989 to 1991. Tom also holds a degree in Chemistry with Chemometrics (Statistics and Computing) from Thames Polytechnic and a degree in Chemistry from the University of Greenwich.
