Jessica Hernandez

Jessica Hernandez has worked in the Human Resources field since 2007. Jessica began their career as an HR Generalist at Future Bars Inc. in 2007. In 2013, they moved to Cask Data, which was later acquired by Google, where they also worked as an HR Generalist. In 2017, they were hired as an HR Manager at ODG (Osterhout Design Group). In 2018, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Baja Gilfoil Group (BGG). In 2019, they were promoted to Head of Human Resources at Automation Hero, Inc. and is currently working as the Director of Talent Development at Traackr since 2022.

Jessica Hernandez holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Interdisciplinary Studies from the California Institute of Integral Studies and an Associate of Science (AS) from Hudson Valley Community College. Jessica also holds certifications from Korn Ferry Academy, Center for Creative Leadership, SHRM, and Awaken.
