Donovan Torgerson

Donovan Torgerson is currently working as a Data Pipeline Engineer at Trace Genomics since August 2020. Prior to this role, they worked at DTN as a Software Developer from August 2014 to August 2020. Donovan also has experience as a Software Engineer Intern at Digi-Key Electronics from May 2014 to August 2014. Donovan was previously employed as an EPSCoR AURA - Software Developer at the University of North Dakota from May 2013 to January 2014. Donovan also worked as a STEM project - System Administrator / Software Developer at Minot State University from August 2011 to August 2012. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Technician at BitZ Communications, Inc from April 2009 to April 2012 and as a Lead Trainer at Micron Technology from April 2004 to December 2008.

Donovan Torgerson obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from the University of North Dakota, where they studied from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Minot State University from 2009 to 2012, focusing on Computer Science but did not earn a degree. In May 2020, Donovan obtained the certification of PCEP - Certified Entry-Level Python Programmer from the Python Institute.
