Candra Janova

VP, Reservoir Engineering at Trace Midstream

Candra Janova is Vice President, Reservoir Engineering at Trace Midstream II, responsible for reservoir characterization and modeling associated with CO2 sequestration.

Before joining Trace, Candra held reservoir engineering advisory roles at several leading independent oil and gas operators spanning multiple North American sedimentary basins. Most recently, he was responsible for guiding the development program and subsurface evaluation at Permian Resources, a public E&P company focused on developing assets in the Permian Basin. Prior to that, he led modeling and reservoir analytics within development and exploration functions at Parsley Energy. Candra began his career with Occidental Petroleum where he focused on enhanced oil recovery and production optimization of conventional fields in California.

Candra graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Colorado School of Mines and holds an MBA with emphasis in Finance from Pepperdine University.
