Matīss Zemturis

Matīss Zemturis has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Matīss started their career as a Head of Public Relations at RTU Students parliament, where they organized events and created promotional materials. Matīss then worked as a Co-Creator of O! Izglītība, developing a platform for teachers to share knowledge.

Matīss later joined AA Projekts as a Frontend Developer, where they organized front-end teams and contributed to web development projects. Matīss also served as a Client/Marketing Consultant, participating in meetings, preparing reports, and discussing business processes.

In 2021, Matīss joined Creative Tuesdays as a C2D, focusing on small project web developments and integrating various technologies. Matīss then worked at C.T.Co as a Frontend Developer, contributing to the creation of complex systems using React, Typescript, and other tools.

In 2022, Matīss started their own company, QSoftware, where they worked as an Owner and created responsive web pages with a focus on user experience and accessibility.

Currently, they are working as a Software Developer at Trace.Space, utilizing their skills in software development.

Matīss Zemturis obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte (Riga Technical University) between the years 2016 and 2019. In terms of additional certifications, Matīss obtained the Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certification from Microsoft in February 2022. Matīss also obtained the BCS Foundation Certificate in User Experience, but the exact month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
