Gary Smiga

Gary Smiga has worked as a Business Systems Manager at Trace Systems Inc. since 2019, where they provide program control business management support for the Air Force Mission Partner Environment Service contract, collaborating with various stakeholders and subcontractors to manage over 30 IT projects. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Cost Estimator and Program Control Specialist at ECS Federal from 2007 to 2019, where they were responsible for program budgeting, proposal development, staff recruitment and training, performance reviews and metrics reporting, and cost estimates for the Aegis Ashore acquisition program. Gary also responded to high level DoD directives by developing proposed AA sites.

Gary Smiga obtained their Bachelor's Degree from Penn State University from 1980 to 1984. Gary later earned their MBA from Strayer University from 2001 to 2004. Additionally, they obtained a PMP certification from PMI, but no information is available regarding when they obtained it.
