Charlene Ruediger

Charlene Ruediger has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Charlene began their career at CXtec, where they worked as an Account Executive from 2000 to 2001. Charlene then transitioned to the role of Services Coordinator before becoming an Associate Product Manager from 2001 to 2003.

In 2003, Charlene joined CX Companies (CXtec & TERACAI) as a Product Manager, where they stayed until 2010. Charlene then moved to Technology Integration Group as a CNI Sales Specialist from 2010 to 2012.

Since 2012, Charlene has been employed at Trace3, where they have held multiple leadership positions. Charlene started as a Practice Operations Manager from 2012 to 2017, then became a Director of Shared Services from 2017 to 2019.

Currently, Charlene is serving as the Director of Partner Programs at Trace3 since 2019. In 2021, they also took on additional responsibilities as the Director of Partner Operations.

Charlene Ruediger earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Oswego in 1996.
