Keith Decker

Keith Decker has extensive experience in network performance and engineering, currently serving as a Solutions Architect at Trace3 since March 2015. Prior to this role, Keith managed the network team at PGi, overseeing a conferencing and collaboration network that handled 30 million SIP/VoIP calls daily. Keith also held the position of Enterprise Network Manager at EMSC, where responsibilities included designing and maintaining a large-scale WAN and IP Telephony environment. Early career experiences include a contract role as a Field Engineer at SBC, installing Cisco IP Telephony networks, and a position as a Customer Support Engineer at Cisco TAC, focusing on WAN/Private Line and Routing Protocols. Educational qualifications include a BS in Computer Science and a BS in Physics, both from the University of Houston.
