Michael Tubbs

Michael Tubbs is a seasoned project management professional currently serving as the Lead of the Project Management Office at Trace3 since April 2022, where responsibilities include mentoring the PMO team and enhancing client delivery experiences. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Project Manager at Ekwani Consulting LLC and spent over 13 years at First American Financial Corporation, leading the IT Program Manager for the Service Continuity Management Program, where significant achievements included developing the Corporate Disaster Recovery Program and overseeing operational transformations.
