Liudmila Tobultok

Liudmila (Lucy) Tobultok is an experienced talent acquisition and HR professional with a strong background in recruitment and consulting. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager at TraceAir Technologies, previous roles include Head of HR Consulting at HRBG, Executive Talent Acquisition Manager at Dyninno Group, and HR Director at makelove employer branding agency. In addition, Liudmila held the position of Head of Recruitment and Development at Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology. Liudmila holds a PhD in Linguistics from Moscow Pedagogical State University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Photography from Northern Virginia Community College.
